Return & Refund Policy

At MKB Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
